and enrichment classes that enhance a student's learning experience.

After School Program

Welcome to the Fairfax ASP (After School Program)! We’re excited to offer a caring, engaging, and fun environment for our TK–3 students during after-school hours. ASP care is provided daily starting at school dismissal time until 6:00pm. Students are supervised by our After School Coordinator, Jane Christensen and our ASP team.

ASP Daily Fees

  • Full price: $25.00 per student

  • $22.00 per student for ASP siblings

  • Free for students who qualify for free or reduced lunch

  • *Late Pick-Up Fee: $1.00 per minute after 6pm

 

Payable via BrightWheel or in the campus office. For Free and Reduced pricing, submit a lunch application (required annually) before the first day of school.

TK Pre-Registration

  • All families in TK must pre-register for the ASP program in order to meet requirements for student to staff ratios for TK. Please note: Families of students in grades K-3 do not need to pre-register and can use ASP on a drop-in basis as needed.

  • Spaces for TK are LIMITED—register early to secure your spot!

  • Once the registration limit is met, students will be placed on a wait list.

  • If your child is not registered for the After School Program (ASP), but needs to attend on an emergency basis, please contact the school or Fairfax ASP Site Coordinator (Jane
    Christensen) at least 24 hours in advance to check availability.

  • Emergency drop-ins are subject to space and availability.

Emergencies

In case of emergency, contact the ASP phone line at 213-505-4711.

  • This phone is only manned during after school hours.

  • ASP staff is trained and certified in first aid and CPR.

Code Of Conduct

Participation in the ASP Program is a privilege and students will lose ASP privileges if they are unable to abide by the school’s Code of Conduct.

d) Have fun

After School Enrichment Classes

Enrichment classes and activities supplement the basic After School Program for an additional fee. Registration for after school enrichment classes occurs at the start of each quarter and is open for approximately two weeks.

ASP Enrichment Class Fees

Class fees vary for each trimester and are clearly marked in the class info class.
