MESSAGE FROM THE PRINCIPAL
Hello LCS Selma families,
With the number of COVID cases on the rise, we hope you are staying safe and well. Thank you to all of the students who participated in our Annual Giving Drive video contest! The videos were amazing and showcase the great things about LCS.
We need your help to reach our goal for Annual Giving Drive! See below for more. Additionally, thank you for completing the Parent Survey. We will be analyzing the results, reading the comments, and will report out our findings soon. Please remember we do not have school on November 4th due to a staff development day. This means we will not have assembly, parent coffee, or any classes. Thank you for your continued support!

Staff Update
We found an amazing art teacher, Jasmine! Continue reading to learn more about her.
Hi all!
My name is Jasmine Dubauskas,
long-time guest teacher for Larchmont Charter School
and new Art Teacher for Selma.
I'm so excited to be a part of the Selma team as a full-time member of the staff and community. I have worked for LCS as a whole since 2015, so I'm already quite familiar with a good amount of the students that I'll be working with - I can't wait to see how they've grown!
In my free time I enjoy a plethora of creative pursuits, not limited to baking, drawing, watercoloring, weaving, pottery, photography and more! I'm excited to implement the knowledge I've learned on my own in my day-to-day interactions with the kids over Zoom (at least for now).
Thank you all, for the warm welcome as a permanent fixture on the Selma campus. I can't wait to see what the kids create this year and to encourage their creativity to flourish.
