Originally born in Panama, came to the US in the early 90’s brought up in a single parent home working class family. Strived hard in paving her own pathway through college. By profession, I worked in Media Broadcasting for about 18 years and now I’m a freelancer, podcast entrepreneur and now an education contributor.

Where did you go to school and what was your major?
Florida International University – Liberal Arts

What is your highest degree held?
Masters in Organizational Management from Ashford University.

Why did you want to be a teacher/work in education?
I was invited to explore a new and different opportunity in education. I got triggered by management and how my skills could serve well by becoming part of the administration staff.

How long have you been teaching/working in education?
Since I’m new in this field for about seven months.

What is your favorite thing about LCS?
Truly the outgoing culture and diverse staff and students.
