Prior to finding yoga I was in a corporate job that I didn’t like, and never listened to what my authentic self truly wanted. Yoga has taught me to be very aware of the present moment, and resulted in trusting myself and honoring my needs. My own evolution has driven me to share the tools of yoga with students of all ages – I teach toddlers too! My hope is that helping students find kindness towards themselves will create a ripple effect to the rest of the world.
