Middle School Sports
About the LCS Middle School Sports Program
As a member of the West Charter Schools Sports League, the LCS Sports Program provides opportunities for middle school students to participate in competitive sports. Sports available to play during the 2011-2012 school year are: football, volleyball, soccer, and basketball. Tryouts are scheduled a few weeks prior to the beginning of the specific sport season.

Cost: In order to help defer costs such as field rental, referee services, equipment, uniforms and personnel fees, a sports participation fee of $100 per player per sport is collected.
**Please note**: No child will be denied the opportunity to participate in the LCS Sports Program due to the family’s inability to pay the sports participation fee.
Acceptable forms of payment: Please submit check or cash via the payment drop box in either campus’ front office. All check and/or cash must be clearly labeled using a payment slip (available in the front office) and placed in an envelope before being placed in the payment drop box in the main office. If paying by check, please put your child(ren)’s name in the memo.
