Mindfulness is observing what is occurring inside- thoughts, sensations, feelings and outside-the environment, which includes my verbal directions, the music, the other students. In this Meditation style class, students are guided to relax their bodies and minds as they practice breath work, sensation tracking and other restorative techniques. The results of students mindfully connecting to their experience lead them to reduce stress, develop more self- awareness and strengthen their emotional intelligence.
