Hollygrove Lead Teacher - 3rd Grade
I was born and raised in Carlsbad, California. I lived there with my parents and brother through high school. I spent most of my youth dancing and swimming. After graduating, I attended San Diego State University where I continued dancing. I then had the opportunity to study abroad at Oxford University in England. This experience was one of my favorite (so far) and further helped me decide I wanted to become a teacher. I moved to Los Angeles to attend UCLA ( GO BRUINS!) and then complete my credential and masters program. I’ve worked at LCS for 5 years. After completing my student teaching, I was hired at LCW as a Reading Specialist and then taught Kindergarten. When these two wonderful schools merged I shifted over to Hollygrove to become a part of the 2/3 team! This is my third year in this loop.
