I'm a lover of words, music, mountains, and lakes. I love my nearly seven-year-old son, Simon, and my wife of 12 years, Sarah, with an abundantly healthy codependency. We live in the hip, yet unfortunately over-gentrified Atwater Village, and I play, as most English teachers do, in a hipster rock band called "Bandette." I love to cook, camp, and play tennis.
Where did you go to school and what was your major?
My college journey took nearly 15 years of school (alongside an itinerant career as a touring rock musician) and included stops at St. Olaf in Minnesota, Webster in St. Louis, and National Univ. in La Jolla, where I earned a B.A. in English.
