Fundraising
As a public school, LCS does receive some funding from state and local sources, however, in order to provide the caliber of program we believe delivers on our mission statement, we fundraise for crucial "extras" such as small class sizes, TAs, the arts, music, and PE teachers, as well as rent and teacher salaries. These "extras" amount to a gap of almost $1800 per student and each year the phenomenal parent body at LCS contributes via our annual Pledge Drive and other Fundraising efforts to fill that gap. It's a tall order, but it also provides families an opportunity to work side-by-side with other families on various committees and at various events, and brings us together on behalf of our children and LCS!

Throughout the year, we hold several fundraising events to help raise money for our program. Below is a list of some of those events.
- ANNUAL PLEDGE DRIVE:
Our Pledge Drive is our largest fundraiser and occurs in the Fall to help raise needed funds for the current school year. All donations are tax-deductible and help maintain the phenomenal success of the LCS program. More Information. - FIESTA:
In June of each year, our families come together to celebrate at our Annual Fiesta party and Silent Auction. Hundreds of local businesses generously donate their goods and/or services to our Fiesta and party-goers are able to bid and shop for items with all proceeds going directly to LCS. More Information.
Ongoing Fundraisers:
In addition to Fundraising events, Larchmont Charter School participates in affiliate programs at these businesses.
