I was born and raised in Southern California and movement and physical activity has always been a passion of mine from a very young age. I played all kinds of activities and sports, especially softball and soccer growing up, but I always had an appetite to learn more. My passion for physical activity, movement, and a healthy lifestyle has been channeled into my adult life through my continuous desire to learn more of how the body works and how important it is to move. Therefore, my husband and I continue to live a fun, healthy, and active lifestyle through hiking, camping, wakeboarding, snowboarding, walks with the dogs, and any other adventures that may come our way. I have earned a Bachelor's of Science in Kinesiology from California State University, Northridge (CSUN) as well as my Teaching Credential in Physical Education. I am looking forward to another year with the LCS Hollygrove community for another exciting and engaging year of active and playful learning.
